Over the past years, she has focused her business on integrated projects in HR Consulting.
She has specialized in the area of training, design and delivery of custom programs, e-learning and outdoors.
She has worked as an advisor on programs (companies and organizations) from the Junior Achievement Argentina Foundation and as a teacher of Training and Development.
She has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Certified Public Accountant degree, both from the Catholic University of Buenos Aires, and postgraduate studies in Strategic Human Resources Management at San Andrés University.
